NURSING HOME VISITS

Volunteers have begun visiting Veterans in area Nursing homes monthly.  If you would like to help us spread some cheer, or know of a nursing home that would like a visit, call 309-678-9552.

FALL YARD CLEAN UPS

CALL NOW...RESERVE A SPOT

Volunteers will be raking yards (maximum of 2 hours) for Tri County Veterans and/or their widows during the month of October.  Call 309-678-9552 to sign up for a yard clean up or to volunteer to help.

About Us

The Illinois Valley Fuller Center For Housing is chapter of the Fuller Center For Housing, headquartered in Americus, GA. We were founded in 2013 by Greg Woith and Debbie Gaught. We are an all volunteer organization, and have completed more than 550 housing repairs for income qualified Veterans in Central Illinois.

Many people over look an annual safety check on their furnaces, but they are vital to homeowner safety. We work with Fritch Heating & Cooling to provide safety checks and necessary repairs.

In the spring and fall, we work with a number of community partners to provide two hours of yard clean up work to Veterans and widows of Veterans.  This service, and the accompanying social interaction, is a welcome event for these great people, both the Veterans and volunteers!
